Interviews/ Talk

Jesse Lee Peterson Show – Unity starts with respect full conversations that acknowledge the humanity of people whom we disagree with and a keen desire to hear what they’re actually saying as opposed to what we assume they are saying. In that spirit, Wednesday August 23rd, I was an in-studio guest on the Jesse Lee Peterson show in Los Angeles. You can listen live here on the website.

More to come…

Politicon 2017

I traveled to Politicon 2017 in Pasadena not knowing what to expect, but knowing it would be exciting– where right and left would come together to discuss our many differences. I was not disappointed and hope to be a panelist or debater myself in future years. More than 10,000 people crashed the Pasadena convention center, some sporting swag promoting their causes and candidate preferences. Forums were lively, engaged, and mostly respectful (the moment where I had to opportunity to rhetorically (on a microphone) ask Roger Stone “what the fuck” is wrong with him, excepted. The crowd loved it– well half of the crowd). It was great to see right and left come together without any sort of violence despite some of the controversial people in attendance (Anne Coulter and Tomi Lahren and Cenk Uygur, for example) I made some great contacts while there such as Liberal Redneck Trae Crowder, talk show hosts Michael Steele & Rick Ungar, and conservative talk show host Jesse L. Peterson. I passed out some copies of my book and conducted several interviews with various people with cameras, and took full advantage of the networking opportunities made available by this phenomenal event. As I said, I’ll be back, and I hope to see you there in the coming years as well!

Harry on the issues.
